These Terms govern your use of Bidtab, operated by ProdXP, LLC. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service
Bidtab reads the subcontractor bid documents you upload and levels them into a side-by-side comparison you can export.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have the authority to upload the documents and connect the accounts you bring to the service, and you are responsible for activity in your workspace.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor on the cycle shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active through the end of the paid period, after which it does not renew.
Connected accounts and third parties
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Bidtab to read the information described in our Privacy Policy on your behalf. Your use of those third-party services remains governed by their own terms. Bidtab reads status only and never processes, holds, or moves money.
Not professional advice
Bidtab reads bids and shows where each figure came from. Check every figure before you rely on it. You remain responsible for your own decisions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Upload content you do not have the right to upload, or that is malicious.
- Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the service's security or other customers' data.
- Resell or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
Intellectual property
You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process that content to provide the service to you. The Bidtab software, brand, and site remain ours.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every risk or every obligation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProdXP, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or its users. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
