Billing and charges
If you have a question about a charge from Bidtab, write to us before disputing it with your bank: we can refund a mistaken charge directly, which is faster for you. Include the email address you signed up with and the date and amount of the charge.
Subscribers can update a card, change plan, download invoices, or cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing in the app.
